Points & Rewards Program Analytics Overview
LoyalGenie Points & Rewards Analytics page provides a deeper insight into the program's performance. Store owners can track the following metrics.
Transactions
- Shows earned and spent as positive and negative values for each day/week.
Transactions - Export
Store owners can export Transactions for any given period by clicking the hamburger menu (three lines) in the upper right corner.
This feature allows store owners to export a CSV of Transactions or snapshots in SVG and PNG formats. Store owners can export any period they select on the calendar.
Points issued
- Total points issued.
Points redeemed
- Total points redeemed.
Redemption rate
- Points redeemed divided by Points issued.
Rewards issued
- Number of coupons generated as a result of redeeming points.
Rewards used
- Number of point coupons used on orders.
Revenue generated
- Total value of orders with point coupons.
NOTE: All analytics can be filtered using the calendar.
Top Customers by Transactions
This section shows a list of the top 10 customers by transactions listed by the number of total transactions. The list is shown based on a pre-selected calendar period.
