Plugin Settings
LoyalGenie WordPress plugin allows store owners do the following:
Change LoyalGenie Public and Secret keys
Public and Secret keys in WordPress website must match the ones shown on the web app. These can be found under the Store settings in the web app.
Decide when the Referral flow is over
By default, LoyalGenie sends orders to its platform when the WooCommerce order status is set to Completed, which marks the referral flow as Complete. Store owners can change the referral flow by changing the WooCommerce order status to another status, like Processing.
In that case, all orders that come through the store and have the order status set to Processing will be sent to the LoyalGenie platform, and the referral flow will be considered Complete.
Hide the reward widget
By default, the Reward widget is visible on the store. Store owners can hide it for any reason they see fit.
You can also hide the reward widget on the Loyalty Widget page under General settings.
Hide the tab under My Account page
Every customer who registers with a WooCommerce store has a My Account page. LoyalGenie will add a tab to the My Account page that displays all relevant information for every member that interacts with the Referral program.
