Loyalty Page
LoyalGenie platform comes with fantastic defaults, which is why store owners will only need a few minutes to make adjustments to everything, including the Loyalty page.
However, before the Loyalty Page is displayed on any store, store owners should go through the settings to see if the default setup is a good match for their store.
The Loyalty Page is separated into 3 separate sections:
- General Settings
- Guest View
- Member View
General Settings
Store owners can use general settings to set up a few things on the Loyalty Page, such as:
- Branding - these are colors that will show on both the guest and member pages
- Main hero section - this section lives at the top of the Loyalty Page and is shown to both guests and members
- Referral hero section - this allows store owners to set up a custom global title and description for the Referral section; it is visible to members only
- Points hero section - this allows store owners to set up a custom global title and description for Earn & Redeem Points section, as well as titles for Earn Points, Redeem Points, and My Points tabs;
- Earn Points and Redeem Points tabs are visible to both guests and members, whereas the My Points tab is visible to members only
- Frequently asked questions - this section is shown at the bottom of the page for both guests and members, providing general information about the Referral program, as well as the Points & Rewards program.
Guest view
All store guests are greeted with a Guest view of the Loyalty page. The Guest view allows store owners to set up the following:
- Hero guest settings - button settings for the hero section of the page, visible to store guests only
- Referral section - this section shows the type of rewards members can receive after they join the program; this section is not visible to program members
- Earn & Redeem Points - this section shows the types of activities store members can perform in exchange for points and the rewards they can redeem points for
Member view
All program members see a Loyalty Page with the following sections:
- Hero section - button settings for the hero section of the page, visible by members only
- Referral section - this section is shown to members only and displays their referral link, as well as sharing options such as Social shares and Email share*
- Earn & Redeem Points - this section shows the types of activities store members can perform in exchange for points and the rewards they can redeem points for; it also shows a history of all points transactions
- Unused rewards section - this section is shown above the FAQ section and displays member rewards, if any are available
NOTE: Social shares are a global setting and can be set up under Referral settings.
Showing the Loyalty Page on the store
By default, the Loyalty Page will be displayed under Refer a Friend tab on the My Account page. Store owners can also display it anywhere on the store using a shortcode.
