Dashboard Overview

LoyalGenie Dashboard provides a quick overview of program performances. The Dashboard is divided into two sections:

• Referrals Activity
• Points Activity

Referrals Activity

Referrals activity offers a quick insight into the Referral program's performance metrics, by displaying the following information

Success Referrals

• All successful referrals in the program. A successful referral is a referral that has gone through the entire referral flow.

Blocked Referrals

• Referrals blocked due to fraud suspicion.

Referral Revenue

• Total revenue of referrals in the Referral program.

Referral activity list

This list shows an overview of all Referral activity within the program.
