Loyalty Widget
Just like the Loyalty Page, the LoyalGenie Loyalty Widget comes with a set of default settings that help store owners get their program up and running in just a few clicks.
By default, the Loyalty Widget is displayed on the store from the moment store owners install the LoyalGenie plugin.
Widget branding is separated into 4 sections:
- General Settings
- Guest View
- Friend View
- Member View
General settings
Store owners can use general settings to set up a few things on the Loyalty Widget, such as:
- Widget status - lets store owners decide if they want to show the Loyalty Widget or not
- Top section - this section allows store owners to set the branding colors for the widget, along with the header title and description
- Launcher - this section allows store owners to give a name to their program and how they want to display it. They can choose between the following:
- Icon
- Icon + Text
- Text
Guest view
All store guests are greeted with a Guest view of the Loyalty Widget that allows store owners to set up the following:
- Guest box - this box is showing to all guests and lets store owners set the title, description, and button text
Friend view
The friend view of the widget is visible to Friends who come through a referral link. Store owners can set up the following:
- Referral header - this text will show to all users coming via referral links, including
- Referral box - this box will show when that user is claiming a referral reward
Member view
The member view of the widget is visible to all program members. Store owners can change the following:
- Share referral box - this box is showing to members of the program and allows store owners to change the title and description
- Social settings - social share icons are visible for program members, but they are a global setting and can be set up under Referral Settings.
- Coupon reward box - this box is showing to members of the program and allows store owners to change the title for the coupons and empty state (when members don't have any rewards)
See General Settings for more info on how to enable and disable the plugin.
