Store Settings Overview

Store settings allow store owners to change the general Store information as needed. LoyalGenie store settings consist of 5 parts.

Store connection

This section lets store owners know that LoyalGenie is connected to their store.

Store settings

These settings are automatically updated when store owners connect their store to LoyalGenie during onboarding. Everything except for the store link can be changed.

Store test mode

LoyalGenie Test mode allows you to set up and test LoyalGenie without showing it to your customers.

How to enable test mode

Click on the test mode toggle in Store Settings. Please note that this mode is enabled by default for all new accounts.

What happens when you enable test mode

• Your loyalty page and loyalty widget is shown only to WordPress admins
• All fraud rules related to referrals are disabled, so you can test if the referrals are working as expected

Email settings

These settings allow store owners set the name and email their members will see when they receive email notifications.

API Keys

Every connected store has a set of unique Public and Secret keys. These are required by the WooCommerce shop and automatically added when the LoyalGenie plugin is installed.
