Members Overview

The Members page displays a list of members who have joined your referral program, along with some useful stats like total members, total advocates, and 30-day active advocates.

Here's a quick overview of the stats:

Total members

A list of all members who joined your referral program.

Total advocates

Members who referred at least one person.

30-Day Active Advocates

Members who referred someone in the last 30 days.

Members can be filtered using the following parameters:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Number of referrals
• Country
• First seen (date of interaction with the program)

Member Export

Store owners can export a list of all members via the Download CSV button located in the upper right corner of the page.

LoyalGenie platform also allows store owners to filter the members and export only what they filtered. Filtering options include the following:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Number of referrals
• Country
• First seen (date of interaction with the program)
