Member Details

Member details can be accessed by clicking on the Details link located on the right side of the member list.

The Member details section displays all information related to store members and their interaction with the Referral program.

Store owners can use this section to see Referral Performance, Referral Activity, and Rewards as separate tabs that provide more details on member interaction with the Referral program.

Referral Performance

Performance includes information on Referral traffic, Completed referrals, Conversion rate, Referral revenue, and Last referral date.

Referral Activity

Activity includes the information on Advocate's friends, Referral status, Order number in WooCommerce, Rewards amount, and Refferal date.

Rewards

A list of rewards received by the Member.
