Member Emails

Store owners can customize all Member emails generated by the LoyalGenie platform. There are three types of emails:

• Referral reward email: this email is sent when an advocate receives a coupon for inviting their friend
• Friend reward email: this email is sent when a referred friend receives their reward
• Share email: this email is sent when a member shares their referral link with friends

This feature allows store owners to send test emails and make sure that their email design up to their brand standards.
