What if my Loyalty Page is not showing

Sometimes WordPress doesn't automatically refresh permalinks after a new plugin is installed. This means that after you install LoyalGenie, your brand new Loyalty Page may not be showing on your website and you get a 404 when click on the Loyalty Page link.

If that happens to your store, you need to do the following:

1. Log into your website

2. Go to Settings > Permalinks

   

3. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

This manual action will save the permalinks and make sure that your loyalty page is showing.
