Referral Program Activity Overview

Referral program activity page allows store owners to track member referral activity and performance metrics of their Referral program.

A referral can have one of four different statuses:

Pending: A friend entered their email to get a coupon but hasn't placed an order yet

Completed: A friend has placed an order and the store owner has marked the order as Completed*

Blocked: The referral was blocked because of suspected fraud (either when the friend entered the email, or when the order was received)

Canceled: The referral was canceled by the store owner.


Quick overview of the performance metrics

Success Referrals

  • All successful referrals in the program. A successful referral is a referral that has gone through the entire referral flow.

Blocked Referrals

  • Referrals blocked due to fraud suspicion.

Referral Revenue

  • Total revenue of referrals in the Referral program.


Referral activity list

This list shows an overview of all Referral activity within the program.


Referral activity list filters

The referral activity list can be filtered with the following options:

    • Date range
    • Referral status
    • Advocate email
    • Friend email
    • Number of WooCommerce orders
    • Order amount

Download CSV

By default, the CSV download feature will export all information related to referral activity. However, store owners can use the filters to select any particular information related to referral activity and export it.

To export referral activity data, click on the Download CSV button in the upper right corner.


*By default, a referral is marked as Completed when the store owner sets the order status to Complete in WooCommerce. Store owners can also choose a different order status that marks the referral as Completed, such as Processing.
