Installation & Quick Setup via Web App

LoyalGenie platform can be easily set up via LoyalGenie web app. Start by navigating to app.loyalgenie.io.

Sign up by entering your email and password and clicking Sign up.

After you sign up, you will receive a code via email to verify your email. Copy the code and paste it into the required field.

In the next few steps, you will be asked to:

• Answer a few questions about your store.
• Authorize LoyalGenie access to your store
• Activate your reward program

Provide a few details about your store.

You will be asked to Authorize store access. To do that, you need to install and activate the LoyalGenie WordPress plugin.

To install the plugin, follow these steps:

1. Log into your WordPress website.
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin at the top.
4. Click on Choose file, select the .zip file you downloaded, and upload it. Click Install now.
5. Once the installation is completed, Activate the plugin.
6. Once activated, LoyalGenie will be added to your left-side menu in WordPress Admin.

You can choose to continue the Onboarding within WordPress by clicking on LoyalGenie in the left-side menu or go back to the web app to continue the onboarding there. In either case, just keep following the on-screen instructions.

After the plugin is installed on your WordPress website, click Authorize.

LoyalGenie will ask you to connect to your store. In order to do that, you need to be logged in. Enter your credentials and log in.

*This won't be necessary if you are onboarding through WordPress.

Once you are logged in, you will be asked to provide Read/Write access to LoyalGenie. Click on Approve button.

After you provide access to LoyalGenie, you will be taken through quick program customization designed to help you get started.

The last step allows you to quickly brand the rewards widget with your own touch.

Once you are done customizing the Widget, click Finish and you are ready to start using LoyalGenie.
